Rotating forming machines

The FRB and FRB-Z machines are rotating forming machines, which perform the automatic forming of a wide variety of blank or pre-glued boxes, with or without a plinth. The rotor of the machine has 4 interchangeable forming plates, provided with suction cups. The forming process of the box is divided into 4 steps:
1) Suction of the blank or pre-glued box from the magazine through the suction cups and application of hot-melt glue where required.
2) Actual forming of the box, through forming plates and moving matrix.
3a) Stand-by position, useful for box marking or printing (FRB).
3b) Plinth application performed by a ìzî device, through the following steps: a) Suction of the plinth from the storage area;b) Hot-melt glue application, performed by electronically operated applicators; c) Plinth application on the box bottom and cooling phase of the glue.
4) Expulsion of the finished box through mechanical strippers.
