Forming and closing machines The combination of the FOBRAS machines with the MCBís sets up complete lines, composed by: 1) Forming machine with optional sheet placing device, linear translation for glue application and forming matrix. 2) Transport tape for manual or automatic filling. 3) Automatic, continuous motion closing machine, for glueing of the lid. All the forming machines of the FOBRAS series are electronically operated by the BRUSCHLES SBC drives of the last generation. Their main characteristics are: 1) High productivity for the FOBRAS-XT, 40 to 180 cycles per minute. 2) Highly reduced volume for the Spider 2000 (mm 700 x 900). 3) Special applications, in case of the F1-ET, for box forming and application of a plastic or metallic serration. The closing machines of the MCB series feature the same electronic characteristics as the FOBRAS series; they all are continuous motion and high speed machines (180 cycles per minute). However, they differ from the second ones for their productive characteristics: MCB and MCB-VAR perform the fixed and variable format; MCB-MG performs the application of high precision glue; MCB-V features a vertical mechanic, which allows the insertion of the product into the box; MCA, MCA-R, MCA-RV are normal cases forming and high speed machines (200 cycles per minute), they can be both horizontal and vertical, with or without rotating sheet placing device.
